Actual astrophotograph. A wide-field view of the area near the Christmas Tree Cluster. This includes The Fox Fur Nebula just above the blue stars and the Cone Nebula at the bottom of the red nebula. This is a 4 hour combination exposure of 48 frames of monochrome data with even more hours of calibrating, stacking, combining and post-processing to bring out the color and detail.
Excellent gift for the science oriented.
